My journey into this work began long before I gave it a name. As a child, I was already curious about energy, healing, and the invisible threads that connect us. I would experiment with holding my hands over flowers and objects, fascinated by how much calmer and lighter I could feel through simple intention. That quiet curiosity never left me.
Life, of course, brought its challenges. I’ve known struggle, overwhelm, illness and the deep ache of trying to carry too much on my own. There were times I felt unsupported, times I longed for someone to walk beside me and remind me I wasn’t alone. Those experiences tested me, but they also taught me resilience, compassion, and the truth that even the strongest among us need care.
Over the years, my path unfolded into both study and practice. I pursued a degree in psychology to understand the patterns of the mind and emotions, and alongside that, I deepened my work with energy healing and spiritual practice. Energy healing became a way for me to help others, to release what weighs them down and reconnect with their natural state of peace and alignment.
From this journey, Nurturing Alchemy was born.
As an Energy Worker I hold space for gentle, non-invasive sessions that help restore balance, release stuck energy, and bring you back to yourself. This sits alongside my creative resources, like my 30-page workbook, and my sensory ritual deck for children.
My story has taught me that resilience doesn’t mean doing everything by ourselves. True strength is allowing ourselves to be supported.
And when I’m not working with others, you’ll find with a book and a cuppa, walking, or spending time with the people I love. I believe healing lives in these small, everyday moments of connection and joy, and that’s the spirit I try to bring into all of my work.
"In every gentle moment of self-discovery, we find the path back to our true selves.
Remember, you are not broken; you are simply on a journey to reclaim the peace and connection that has always been within you."
